ServiceNow Lead Architect/Technical Consultant (Platform and ITSM)
100% Remote
3+ months Contract
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EMPLOYEE CENTER, SERVICE CATALOG, FLOW DESIGNER, ITSM WORKFLOWS, VIRTUAL AGENT, INTEGRATION HUB, IT ONBOARDING ON THEIR RESUME WITH ACTUAL WORKING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
Required Skills:
- Current ServiceNow Certified CSA or CIS-ITSM
- 5+ years of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) experience
- Has significant experience and success in Sr. architect / developer roles for medium to large enterprise ServiceNow environments (preferred experience in Healthcare sector)
- Self-motivation with ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Collaborative working style with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client services
- Experience working on an Agile delivery team
- Experience with integration patterns and utilizing REST APIs within ServiceNow and external applications to integrate data and processes
- Strong Client and Server JavaScript development experience within the ServiceNow platform
- Adherence to regulatory/technical governance and policies
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices
Must have skills:

- A degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment
Scope:
- Come prepared with best practice content for meetings/workshops/sessions aligned to scope of services
- Act as a technical consultant for requirements gathering sessions with Customer stakeholders
- Contribute as required to create a backlog of customer defined stories
- Design solutions for the story backlog
- When required, configure and develop solutions from the story backlog
- Perform unit and functional testing on stories and support customer UAT break/fix
- Refine functional testing steps as required when performing peer reviews
