Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation
• Experience in Self Service Portal development
• Expertise in Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment workflow development
• Expertise in UI Policy development
• Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
• Configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting
• Agile experience- Story/Defect methodology
• Experience contributing to Knowledge Base
• In-depth knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills along with Service Portal configuration and Reporting and Analytics
• Strong ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting, data validation, and debugging
• Strong ServiceNow Scheduled Scripted Jobs, JDBC Data Sources
• Strong ServiceNow Inbound Web Services
• Strong ServiceNow MID Server architecture, configuration, and customization
• Experience with Performance Analytics in creating Reports and Dashboards
Any Graduate
