Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Having a good understanding of the Telecom OSS domain.
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow (both ITSM & ITOM) in Telecom projects.
  • Develop policies, controls, risk frameworks, and other Telecom components within ServiceNow.
  • Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, business rules and email notifications.
  • Lead the configuration (CMDB) and customization of ServiceNow instances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application, infrastructure, and database architecture.
  • Familiarity with scripting technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.
  • Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work with Performance Analytics for Telecom metrics, reporting and cloud computing expertise.
  • Experience with LDAP/Active Directory/SSO integration and Web Service Integration (SOAP/REST).
  • Review existing setups and provide best practice recommendations.
  • Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow systems.

 

Certifications:

  • Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
