Roles & Responsibilities:
- Having a good understanding of the Telecom OSS domain.
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow (both ITSM & ITOM) in Telecom projects.
- Develop policies, controls, risk frameworks, and other Telecom components within ServiceNow.
- Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, business rules and email notifications.
- Lead the configuration (CMDB) and customization of ServiceNow instances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application, infrastructure, and database architecture.
- Familiarity with scripting technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.
- Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work with Performance Analytics for Telecom metrics, reporting and cloud computing expertise.
- Experience with LDAP/Active Directory/SSO integration and Web Service Integration (SOAP/REST).
- Review existing setups and provide best practice recommendations.
- Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow systems.
Certifications:
- Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
- ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
