Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Administrator & Developer

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Writing functional requirements for systems implementations and system test scripts
- Perform quality reviews to ensure requirements are documented properly
- Design, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to: core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, ebonding, and third party software integrations.
- Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports etc
Requirements:
- 4+ years of ServiceNow platform Administration & Development
- Reporting, Log Analysis, Workflow Analysis, API Error Analysts, ACL knowledge, group/user management.
- Incident/Service Request management, Configuration or platform and good end user communication
- Data mapping, bulk data imports/updates, update set management, multiple Instance management
- Proactively researching and suggesting enhancements to existing Incidents/Request/Automation Failures, log analysis.
- Experience in developing Catalog Items with workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions.
- Develop, document and maintain Release/production readiness standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide performance and tuning analysis, systems support, incident and problem resolution, bug fixes and manage upgrades.
- Provide support of ITIL Core module Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, SRQ, ESS, SLA, HRSM.
- Servicenow Admin Certification / Servicenow Implementation Certification preferred
- Hands-on experience in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)is a plus.
- Proficiency with SQL, JavaScript and understanding REST APIs
