Overview:
- For the ServiceNow program the PM will be required to provide end to end project management, requirement analysis, documentation, weekly reporting.
Key activities included are below:
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, timelines, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Maintain excellent relations with team, stakeholder, finance, and others assigned to contribute to project.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan via Excel, PowerPoint or other media.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

- Will set up and create meetings and agendas and well as facilitation.

Other Skills Required/Education:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience
- Experience with scheduling and project management tools.
- College diploma not required however, must have equivalent work experience & achievements.
- PMP certification not required.
- Must have very strong Microsoft 365 skills – specifically Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
