Must Have Skills:
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
Experience in Catalog development in ServiceNow Portal
Hands on experience in designing and developing various integrations with ServiceNow
Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API
More than 4 years of experience in Java scripting.
Should have been involved in at least one project/application rollout and transition/support and platform upgrade
Experience working in ServiceNow Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul and Kingston versions
ITIL V2/V3 Certification
Experience in ServiceNow as a System Administrator or Architect or Programmer/Analyst.
Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration
Ability to perform configurations and customizations of ServiceNow applications, e,g. Service Catalog, Incident, Facilities, Security, CMDB and Change
Development and working experience on ServiceNow plugins and Customizations
Good to have skills:
Good communication skill
Good Analytical skills
Ability to lead independently and directly coordinate with customers
Ability to drive Scrum calls
