Job Description:
•      Provide Technical Support/Assistance to Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform
•      Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team and the client on best practices, architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions.
•      Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
•      Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the solutions and adhere to the ServiceNow coding standards and guidelines.
•      Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support and maintenance for the solutions.
•      Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the ServiceNow platform and leverage them to enhance the solutions and customer experience.
•      Uses considerable judgment to determine solutions to complex problems.
•      Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to complex requirements.
