Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce platform instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers in designing cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
Required:
- Minimum work experience 10+ years of software operations, 6 years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application support
- Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), should be a certified person in Sales force commerce cloud
- Retail / B2C ecommerce experience in site merchandising operations, reporting, site search, campaign & promotions management and maintenance
- Strong experience in ecommerce domain (PIM, OMS, CRM, integrating branded content sites)
- Strong knowledge on web development technologies including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
- Experience in multi-system integration
- Good experience in managing a team of at least ten members.
- Should have good experience in Client interaction
