Primary Responsibilities
Devise technical specifications and develop solutions for a variety of stakeholders in SharePoint Online
Assist with SharePoint Online administration duties
Implement and uphold SharePoint Online governance policies
Deliver value through projects of varying complexity to the end-user community, primarily using the Microsoft suite
– SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
Provide technical engineering services, training and consultancy to key stakeholders and the broader SharePoint user base
Ensure the services being fulfilled are in line with business expectations and delivers sustainable
performance following transition to the Operational phase of the software lifecycle
Core Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience with SharePoint development and administration
3+years of experience in technical analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment or large enterprise
Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated experience building custom webparts
Other Qualifications
Thorough understanding of SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online platform capabilities
Experience with:
- SharePoint Framework
- PowerShell scripting
- JavaScript/TypeScript with Node JS
- ShareGate
- Power Automate and Power Apps
- SharePoint REST services
- HTML/CSS
Strong analysis and design skills
Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Aptitude for designing creative technical solutions based on a wide range of opportunities
Project a strong presence, professional image, and handle difficult technical issues with confidence
MS Accreditation is a plus
Project Management or Agile certification a plus
Bachelor's degree
