Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Siebel Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Siebel Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our Siebel CRM environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Siebel administration, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM software and related components.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Perform regular system upgrades and patches to keep the environment up-to-date and secure.
Manage user access and security settings within the Siebel application.
Work closely with development teams to deploy customizations and integrations.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Siebel Administrator in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configuration, and administration.
Proficiency in Siebel Tools, Server Administration, and Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM).
Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging Siebel applications.
Knowledge of Oracle database administration is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Siebel certification(s) preferred.
