Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
1+ years of hands-on experience in Backend Development or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
Fluency in Mandarin is required
Strong knowledge of Linux systems and proficient in common Linux commands for system management and configuration
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, and Shell Scripting (preferred)
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and Container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience with Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Proficiency in using version control tools like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
Familiarity with service discovery tools such as Consul and Zookeeper
Experience with MongoDB and Saltstack for configuration management and automation
Experience using monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus
Experience with cloud services such as AWS and GCP.
 

Job Descriptions:

Monitor system health and performance using tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus to proactively identify potential issues
Implement performance optimizations and ensure high availability of services across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Automation & Infrastructure Management
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
Utilize Container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to manage microservices architecture and automate deployment
Manage and optimize configuration management tools like Saltstack for system and application configuration.
Actively participate in the identification, resolution, and post-mortem analysis of system incidents
Leverage Message Queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) to enhance system reliability and troubleshooting
Work closely with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of backend systems and infrastructure
Document procedures, processes, and configuration changes to maintain operational efficiency and clarity
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, ensuring a cost-effective, scalable, and highly available environment
Use tools like Consul and Zookeeper for effective service discovery and management.
