Shape the Future of Healthcare Data with Expertise in Snowflake and AWS
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage cloud-based data solutions on AWS and Snowflake.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design solutions that meet their needs.
Assess and understand existing ETL jobs, workflows, BI tools, and reports.
Optimize existing data pipelines for data transformation and aggregation in the cloud.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new solutions and ensure their smooth implementation.
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, proactively identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest features and services offered by AWS and Snowflake and continuously seek opportunities to leverage them for improved efficiency.
Guide the team on configurations for multiple departments/groups within a single environment to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Qualifications:
10+ years of overall experience in architecting and building large-scale, distributed big data products.
Certified Snowflake Advanced Architect.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing highly scalable, highly available, cloud-based (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) solutions.
Proven expertise in both AWS and Snowflake architecture, including a strong understanding of data warehousing and data engineering principles.
Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of the Payer domain, including membership, provider, and claims data, is a strong plus.
Any Graduate
