Snowflake Data Developer - Lead

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures using Azure, PySpark, and Snowflake.
- Oversee the development and deployment of data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data architectures, processes, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data architectures and pipelines.
- Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of data solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:
- Possess a strong background in Azure, PySpark, and Snowflake with at least 11 years of experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing scalable data architectures.
- Have experience in developing and deploying data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Show proficiency in optimizing data storage and retrieval processes.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Be knowledgeable about data security and compliance best practices.
