Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Snowflake Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, delivering high-impact pre-sales solutions that meet their business needs. You will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their challenges, providing effective solutions, and guiding them through the proposal (RFP/RFI) process. The ideal candidate is proficient in Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, with a proven track record in pricing for data loads and managing architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Solution Development: Design and propose solutions that address client needs by leveraging expertise in Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- RFP/RFI Process: Lead and coordinate the response to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring comprehensive solutions and competitive pricing.
- Pricing and Estimation: Develop accurate pricing models for various data loads, considering the complexity of different data environments and client requirements.
- Architectural Oversight: Provide architectural leadership and management to ensure high-quality technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into technical specifications and design.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with market trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in data management and cloud platforms.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in positioning solutions effectively during pre-sales meetings, demos, and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or related role within the technology industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform with a track record of designing and implementing successful solutions.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business challenges and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Management Skills: Proven ability to lead architectural teams and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
