Description

Job duties include:

  • Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium/large size projects.
  • Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
  • Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small medium size projects.
  • Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the improvements within the area of responsibility.
  • Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents specifications for enhancements.
  • Work directly with Architects and Product Owners to manage the technical aspects of the IT project.
  • Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications.

Education

Any Graduate
