Job Description:

I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts requires the services of 1 Software Developer 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Software Developer 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
The Candidate will be part of the CPA IT Enterprise Applications team, creating and maintaining public and internal Salesforce applications.
The Candidate will perform highly advanced analytical and development work in the creation of CPA Salesforce applications, as well as provide technical expertise to the team with design discussions and peer reviews. The Candidate will assist in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset. The Candidate will provide feedback and contribute expertise to improve applications and development processes.
The Candidate will perform these tasks:
· Analyze business requirements and provide solutions that correspond to CPA policies and procedures.
· Create user accounts and assign appropriate licenses, profiles, and permissions.
· Create and manage complex Salesforce flows.
· Create Lightning record pages, record types, page layouts and compact layouts based on business requirements.
· Analyze business requirements and provide solutions that correspond to CPA policies and procedures.
· Support multiple Salesforce projects and customer enhancements using an Agile methodology.
· Ability to move Salesforce components from development to production using sandbox environments.
· Complete regular internal system audits
· Prepare Technical documentation.
· Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
· Provide functional and technical expertise for Salesforce applications.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
