Sales Enablement Content Designer - Entry Level
Job Summary
Client"s Content Designers (also known as Experience Creators) are responsible for the design and development of comprehensive training content for the Sales Enablement team. This role will be focused on developing tools, templates, and training materials for the implementation of Salesforce. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and help enhance learning experiences at Client.

Job Responsibilities
* Develop tools, templates, and training materials to enhance learning experiences at Client
* Develop and maintain learning experiences for Salesforce that are engaging and effective for Client"s sales organization
* Convert information from the business process and analytics teams into Salesforce training
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when creating learning experiences
* Curate and improve existing learning content

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor"s degree required in education, engineering, or related course of study
* Strong proficiency in workplace productivity and collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
* Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding
* Curates and designs content for specific learning initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with e-Learning Development
* Experience in developing Salesforce training content
* Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise), Camtasia, and similar development tools

Education

Any Graduate
