Software Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Senior Developer to join our Engineering team.
The role involves system design & architecture, developing high-quality functions with a focus on customer experience, and providing technical leadership in designing, implementing, and testing services in a multi-region configuration.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop REST APIs and Webservices.
Create reusable frameworks/components for global delivery needs.
Maintain REST API documentation using Swagger.
Document work, engage in quality testing/validation, and troubleshoot issues.
Work on AWS cloud platform, including EKS.
Maintain and improve existing codebases, peer review code changes.
Adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.
Ensure API layer aspects for security, monitoring, analytics, and throttling.
Collaborate with team members, and suppliers, and meet project deliverables.
Prior experience in Navigation systems for Automotive multimedia.
Experience in implementing and validating platform technical specifications.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.ld
Required Skills:
8-10 years of experience with recent Golang experience (minimum 4-5 years)
Experience with Java or other languages transitioning to Golang
Experience with Data structures, API Integration, Backend exposure, Server Integration, Business specifications
Proficiency in cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, cloud engineering, architecture, and software as a service
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
Experience in clean architecture, API design, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization
Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems
