2+ years AWS experience including support of multiple applications working together in the cloud and utilizing cloud architecture.
5+ years each of the following writing and project management skills: writing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal), computing legislative fiscal notes, creating documentation, writing training and testing procedures, updating grants and budgets, interviewing, conducting 1:1s, customer outreach, curating culture and norms for remote teams, managing multiple concurrent scrum teams and training new developers.
8+ years designing and developing registration systems for death, birth, stillbirth, divorce, marriage and the issuance of their certificates.
10+ years each of the following: JAVA, SQL, architecting software applications, PHP, VBScript, debugging, scrum / agile development
