Skills And Experience We Value

Experienced: You have at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails expertise and are proficient with TDD. 
Communicative: Fluent in English, with conversational Japanese as a significant plus. 
Technically Versatile: Skilled in SQL, familiar with our tech stack (Ruby on Rails, MySQL, jQuery, Kubernetes), and you have a knack for building aesthetically pleasing UIs with SASS. 
Innovative Thinker: You consider system performance integral to your development process, possibly with some cloud infrastructure knowledge.
