This role is centered on first-level support and development for a new customer notification platform, SonarIngressService, impacting customer experiences with client's Package deliveries. The position involves developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging, working with APIs, performing SQL queries, and automating processes to improve system features and metrics documentation. Collaboration with partner teams and enhancement of current programs are also key responsibilities.
