Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Oversee all development activities, including conducting code reviews and managing code pushes.
Make key technical decisions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentorship:
Provide technical mentorship to the Product Owner.
Collaborate with the offshore team, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.
Project & Process Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the offshore team.
Coordinate development workflows, uphold quality standards, and translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement to streamline development cycles.
Implement technical and workflow advancements aligned with the clients roadmap.
Requirements:
10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership
role.
Strong expertise in relevant technologies - .Net, jQuery, Azure
.
Proven ability to manage distributed teams and collaborate with clients effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive communication abilities.
Experience in transitioning projects from vendors is a plus.
