Understand business needs, define technical requirements, design solutions, and define testing requirements. Perform Teradata SQL development including table/view creation, macro creation/maintenance, and stored procedure creation/maintenance, ETL Solutions using Teradata Utilities BTEQ, Fast Load, Multiload, TPT, TPUMP and Fast Export. Use Informatica Power Center Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor to connect disparate data sources and create new or maintain existing data pipelines by developing needed transformations, mappings, mapplets, workflows, sessions & tasks. Build Data Models by Data Virtualization techniques using Denodo by connecting to multiple data sources such as Teradata, Hadoop, and SQL Server. Develop batch processing metadata driven ETL automation framework using Tidal, UNIX Shell Scripting to schedule, trigger, load and error handle. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or any related field is required. Work location: Cedar Park, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
