Software QA Engineers and Testers positions! Permanent Position / Direct Hire!
• Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Analyze users’ needs and then design, test, and develop software to meet those needs
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Recommend software upgrades for customers’ existing programs and systems
•. Design each piece of an application or system and plan how the pieces will work together
• Ensure that a program continues to function normally through software maintenance and testing.
• Document every aspect of an application or system as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades
•. Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Define, document, and manage user stories and customer acceptance criteria for assigned domains
•. Record software defects and track them through test lifecycle to resolve.
• Define product acceptance criteria with product owners and development team.
•. Implement test plans and summarize testing status within project team and SQA team meetings.
• Demonstrable ability to lead a group of highly intelligent, technology consulting professionals
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning.
• Good communication skills and appreciate teamwork
