Key Responsibilities:

Partner with PMO, InfoSec, and Delivery organizations to drive organization change related to QA CoE process
Create, maintain, and refine QA Standard Operating Procedures
Support QA governance, oversight, and audit on projects
Assist in development and execution of QA CoE roadmap to meet organizational goals and align with enterprise direction of shift to Agile
Manage QA CoE backlog and coordinate development efforts with appropriate teams
Gather quality governance metrics to measure and establish quality benchmarks across delivery channels
Drive adoption of metric based reporting and analytics across projects, delivery towers, and Suppliers
Make data driven decisions to determine what needs to be done to improve QA effectiveness
Help drive organizational change related to QA CoE processes
Represent QA in gate reviews or conducting project gate reviews
Leadership skills to motivate teams, collaborate, and drive change environments
Assist in onboarding and training QA resources
Facilitate and review QA Supplier proposals

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

8-10 years of experience and working knowledge of QA best practices as it applies in both Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
Experience in creating and implementing QA process and standards documentation
Experience in managing QA on large fast-paced project portfolios
Experience in successfully supporting an independent test practice or Test Center of Excellence
Hands on experience working with test and delivery management tools including Client ALM QC, Jira, or others
Ability to derive KPI’s to build reports or dashboards allowing QA, project management, and executive insight into testing status
Experience working with outsourced QA teams
Ability to adapt to change and re-align QA strategy appropriately
Ability to assess risk to schedule, cost, or quality on projects
Ability to obtain adoption of new ideas to improve efficiency
Excellent communication (written, verbal)
Organizational, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a collaborative “team-oriented” environment
Agile experience Scrum Master or Coach experience
Experience with any of the following would be a plus:
Automotive Finance experience
Data analytics / BI experience
Experience with automation, performance, test data management, and service virtualization
Hands on experience with Jira add on test management tools
Service Now experience
Experience with content management on SharePoint
Experience with contract negotiations and Request for Proposals / Quotes / Information
