Position Description:

This role will focus on testing front-end web applications, Oracle Forms and Oracle APEX applications. This person will be responsible for evaluating highly interactive Applications that are targeted at external and internal customers. The QA Analyst candidate will work closely with product owners, developers, and project managers to define and prioritize testing requirements The candidate will add value to the team by validating that the applications and backend systems meet requirements and design specifications The candidate must be able to test the scenarios which may not be in the requirements Review functional business requirements and design specifications to ensure an understanding of deliverables such as test strategy, test plans, and test cases Develop, document, and maintain test cases and other test artifacts like test data, test scripts Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes Work closely and collaboratively with the entire development team Participate in all aspects of functional, regression, user acceptance, and load testing Provide estimates for test efforts Coordinate with Development/Network Services team to ensure required test platforms are available Identify quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues Participate in software design discussions, reviews, and test strategy sessions

Skills Required

 

• Skills/Technology: Jira Software, Google Suite, PL SQL, Test Methodologies, Selenium
  
   

Experience Required

 

• Extensive Web-Based Manual testing experience Good SQL knowledge to do Database validations Strong teamwork, communication skills, and time management abilities
• Experience Preferred
• Experience with JAVA, Selenium, TestNG, Maven Database experience (SQL, stored procedures)
  
   

Education Required

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subject (or equivalent)
