Technical must have skills:
-SAP HR (OM, PA, TM, ESS, MSS, PY, Compensation)
-Good Experience in Negative, Positive Time Management , Payroll and handle schema validations.
-Strong in HCM Core process PA, OM and corresponding configurations(Hire2Retire etc.).
- Good understanding of Interfaces.
-Ability to lead end to end SAP HCM solution.
-Good Client handling skills
-Ability to coordinate on the solutions built with the connected HR Systems.
-Master Data for migration to new SAP environment
