Skill: Enterprise Architect
Strategy Development: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment between the organization’s business strategy and its technology roadmap.
Technology Planning: Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and frameworks that could drive business innovation and improve operations.
Solution Design: Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT solutions, ensuring consistency with architecture standards and industry best practices.
Governance & Compliance: Establish architectural governance practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, while optimizing risk management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT leaders to understand business needs and translate them into architectural requirements.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to project teams during the implementation of architecture solutions, ensuring they meet established standards and goals.
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of various systems, platforms, and applications across the enterprise.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the architecture, including principles, models, and roadmaps.
Performance Optimization: Continuously review and optimize the architecture to ensure it remains responsive to changes in the business environment and technology landscape.
Proven experience leading enterprise architecture projects or initiatives.
Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern IT trends (e.g., DevOps, Microservices, AI, etc.).
Strong proficiency in system design, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with cybersecurity best practices.
Preferred Certifications:
TOGAF or similar certifications.
