Job Description
Food and Beverage is seeking a skilled WalkMe Architect to design and lead the implementation of user engagement and digital adoption strategies through the WalkMe platform. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and drive efficient use of digital tools across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WalkMe architecture and implementation, along with expertise in digital transformation initiatives in large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the WalkMe implementation to optimize user onboarding, training, and engagement within Food and Beverage's digital platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and IT departments to gather requirements and identify user challenges.
- Develop and configure WalkMe solutions, such as Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, and other engagement tools, to address user needs effectively.
- Establish best practices, governance, and standards for WalkMe use across multiple teams and business functions.
- Monitor user engagement analytics and provide insights to continuously improve WalkMe content and effectiveness.
- Train and mentor junior team members on WalkMe configurations, ensuring knowledge transfer and capability building within the team.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for WalkMe implementations, ensuring all solutions meet business requirements and provide an optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with Cognizant and Food and Beverage IT teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with corporate policies.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital adoption platforms, with at least 3 years specifically with WalkMe architecture and implementation .
- Proven experience in designing and configuring WalkMe elements such as Smart Walk-Thrus, ShoutOuts, Launchers, and Surveys.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and change management to drive user engagement and optimize digital workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to customize WalkMe functionalities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with data analysis tools to monitor user engagement and provide actionable insights.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Previous experience working within large-scale, enterprise environments , ideally in the Client or retail industry.
- Familiarity with Food and Beverage's existing technology stack and integration requirements.
- Experience with other digital adoption platforms (DAPs) besides WalkMe.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or similar methodologies.
- Relevant certifications, such as WalkMe Master or Builder Certification , are a plus.
