Overview Of The Role

Engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. They must articulate those ideas but also balance them against what’s technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable. Depending on the role, you might work with data sets to improve products, hardware, tools, software, services, or process.


 

• Knowledge of software engineering practices and methodologies.
• Expert level knowledge on Database design / API Integration methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong Interpersonal skills to manage the teams of Implementation engineers.
• Work under tight deadlines and be able to deliver solutions for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and generate practical solutions in a logical manner.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of programming standards and best practices (development and support).
• Ability to produce high-quality work deliverables with high attention to detail. Excellent documentation skills and the ability to dig in and understand already established code/configurations / designs and be able to provide feedback for improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities.

• Ability to code any add-ons if necessary for the solution.
• Work with clients to document requirements.
  
   

Roles & Responsibilities

 

• Work with Clients/Stakeholders along with Business Analyst to help document the detailed Business Requirement Document.
• Learn the Stackyon platform at an expert level.
• Be able to document the Solution Design at a granular level that is easy to understand, covers every detail of the solution wrt Stackyon implementation.
• Work with Implementation Engineer closely to make sure the implementation is as per the design provided.
• Provide the weekly demos/walkthroughs to client/stakeholders for the work that is produced by Implementation Engineer and take the feedback for further improvement.
• Reach out to respective stakeholders for any clarifications/pending work from their side to resolve blockers for the solution development.
• Be a go-to person for Implementation engineers for any day-to-day questions/blockers wrt to solutions.
• Provide feedback to the Product Engineering teams if any improvements can be made to develop solutions effectively/efficiently.

• Capable to handle tight deadlines and be able to deliver solutions for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should be strong on one of these: (C#, Java, Php or Python), SQL, MySQL.
