Solutions Specialist

What we offer you: Within the Public Administration and Healthcare division in the Healthcare market area we are looking for a Solutions Specialist figure, to be included in the Diagnostics BA for the Analysis Laboratory Area, who will mainly follow customers in Campania, Puglia, Calabria and Sicily What will your activities and responsibilities be? Management and optimization of information processes in the analysis laboratory; Process analysis, collection and documentation of functional requirements; Validation and testing of integrations with external systems; Creation and modification of application reports; Interfacing of laboratory analytical instrumentation with the LIS; On-the-job training and operational support for department staff Required qualifications and skills: Previous experience in the role of Solution Specialist of at least 2-4 years; Excellent listening skills, ability to gather information and organizational sensitivity to quickly understand customer needs; Flexibility and aptitude for planning and control; Good writing skills for drafting project documentation; Managerial and coordination skills and attitudes.
