We are seeking an experienced Sourcer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead in attracting top talent to support our mission of advancing aerospace technology.
Role Overview:
The Sourcer will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent with expertise in the aerospace industry, including cleared professionals. Leveraging your sourcing skills and industry knowledge, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to fulfill our hiring needs efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Employ advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, networking, and social media, to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
Utilize data analytics and tracking tools to monitor the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and adjust as needed to optimize results.
Conduct comprehensive screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and availability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates through personalized messaging and strategic networking efforts.
Contribute to the development and execution of sourcing strategies to meet hiring objectives and support business growth.
Analyze and interpret sourcing metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging best practices in sourcing and recruiting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Sourcer, with a focus on the aerospace industry preferred.
In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LIRecruiter, Workday, etc.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and best practices, with a track record of successful candidate engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
