SPLUNK Support Specialist

Essential Skills / Aptitude:

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates need to be self-motivated and driven to succeed in building a Splunk environment and continuing its growth and evolution
Candidates with architecture experience preferred.
Certified Splunk Architect, Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Enterprise + Security, CISSP or other related certifications would be preferred.
Must be currently working in a similar position
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude,
Experience in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting is a plus.
Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient manner.
Strong ethics, loyalty and genuine concern for the needs of others
Self Learner / Quick Learner
Proven ability to Multitask
Demonstrated customer service skills
Adherence to the specified standards of Quality and Audit / Risk requirements
Coordinating with other business functions to develop and implement plans
Ensure proper communication across all lines of authority within the teamCandidate should have a track record of rapidly learning and mastering new technologies with the resources at hand, whether or not formal training is immediately available.
