Primary Skills

7+ Years Hands on experience in Business Analyst role (preferably Telecom domain)
Strong in written and Verbal communication
Expertise in Scrum Ceremonies and work closely with PMO to create backlog stories.
Proficient in writing SQL queries and generating business metrics reports as needed.
Serves as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Secondary Skills

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.
