Sr. Associate -UX

Experienced with one of the design tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Illustrator, Sketch, Hype, Axure, and Keynote etc. ¿Experienced with Analytics/BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI ¿Preferred to have experience with Analytics for Salesforce ¿Consult with clients to understand their goals ¿Explain user research results to internal and external stakeholders ¿Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience ¿Assist with content development ¿Collaborate deeply with other UX disciplines, product managers and the engineering team throughout the product lifecycle to ensure your designs are addressing user and business needs, feasible to implement, and are subsequently implemented accurately ¿Advocate for simple, modern design and adherence to design conventions (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility) ¿Create user journeys, wireframes, detailed UX flows, and prototypes that show micro interactions and full experience. Create pixel perfect visuals for product interfaces or demos when needed ¿Influence decision making through presentations and storytelling with your team and partners. ¿Contribute to and shape our design team's platform style guide, tools and practices to scale our impact across the organization. ¿Experienced in a highly Agile/scrum environment ¿Conduct Usability Testing
