• Basic to intermediate SQL 
• Understanding of APIs.
• Expert knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in functional design, data analysis, and data flow diagramming 
• Highly data literate; able to understand and articulate complex data challenges, modelling techniques, and impacts on dependent analytics 
• Excellent technical knowledge of capabilities and limitations of technological solutions
