Utilize advanced software tools for structural modeling and analysis.
Foundation Design:
Design and analyze foundations for various equipment, structures, and components within the plant/refinery, considering factors such as load distribution, settlement, and soil conditions.
Civil Site Development:
Oversee civil site development, including grading, drainage, and infrastructure design to support the overall functionality and safety of the facility.
Material Selection:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to select appropriate construction materials, considering factors such as durability, cost, and environmental impact.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that all civil and structural designs comply with relevant safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction adherence to design specifications.
Project Management:
Work closely with project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate civil/structural designs into the overall project.
