• Proven record of establishing and successful execution of a communications strategy for a large initiative in a large organization
• Expert knowledge and experience in content creation and storytelling abilities
• Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in SharePoint, Web Design, and Content Creation
• Experience using video and graphic design tools, such as Adobe illustrator and Premier Pro
• Experience with infographics and data visualization a plus
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and work in a fast-paced, agile environment and delivering value in iterations Demonstrated ability in creating dashboards, reports to report on communications activities embrace by stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability in good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Experience in coordinating, organizing, and hosting meetings/events with various IT teams
• Detail-oriented, with excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
