Project Accounting: Implement, configure, and manage the Project Accounting module in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Module Parameters: Administer changes resulting from testing in SIT/MCS. Most parameters are already set up.
Project Parameters Administration: Manage project categories, posting profiles, costing setups, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) templates, project resources, and timesheets.
Data Migration Support: Identify the appropriate template and data source for data migration.
Tooling Item Number Lists: Configure tooling item number lists, including setting up released products, Bill of Materials (BOM) and BOM versions, and Route and Route versions.
Demonstration and Training: Follow the project process flow for tool/end product manufacturing. This includes creating a project, configuring the WBS, running forecast and budgeting, executing project production orders, recording time/expense at the end of the period, monitoring/reporting, and finally, the project close-out estimation process (elimination/capitalization).
User Acceptance Testing Support: Develop test scripts for D365 to support user acceptance testing.
Go-Live Support: Assist with daily operations processes and month-end processes during the go-live phase.
System Implementation and Rollout: Support the implementation and rollout of NEMo365 Kimplas. This includes system configuration, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with project stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide system demonstrations, and gather feedback for system improvements.
Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, system configurations, and user manuals.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot system issues, and work with the technical team to resolve any system bugs or performance issues.
Required Expertise:
Microsoft Dynamics 365: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly the Project Accounting module.
Project Management: Experience in managing system implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and find effective solutions.
