Job Description:

Client is seeking a seasoned professional with a specialization in Google Dialog Flow (GDF) to join our team dedicated to healthcare solutions. This mid to senior-level role requires a professional with a strong background in designing and implementing advanced conversational AI systems using Google Dialog Flow.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement efficient Dialog Flow agents to enhance user interactions.

Identify the optimal agent type (Dialogflow CX or ES) for each project based on complexity and requirements.

Develop robust webhooks in programming languages such as Python or Node.js for intricate dialog management and external system integration.

Apply machine learning techniques to refine chatbot responses and improve overall system performance.

Craft engaging and user-centric conversation designs, ensuring clear prompts and smooth conversational flows.

Integrate Dialogflow applications with various platforms including web, mobile, and messaging interfaces.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure functionality and reliability of Dialogflow agents.

Maintain proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services related to Dialogflow.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in conversational AI and Dialogflow.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-9 years of professional experience in data science or a related field.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Dialog Flow.

Proficiency in NLP and understanding of core Dialogflow concepts such as intents, entities, and context management.

Experience with Genesys platform for IVR is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to design intuitive user interfaces and conversation flows.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
