Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL...

Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to elicit and define customer-centric metrics and analytical requirements. 
Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation and employ data visualization tools such as Tableau to generate data-driven insights that enhance Customer Success initiatives. 
Formulate, monitor, and report on precise KPIs pertaining to customer success, evaluating data-driven strategies' impact. 
Champion best practices in Customer Success BI and proactively influence data strategy. 
Develop your ability to tell a compelling data story through reports, presentations, or visualizations. 
Investigate and rectify data anomalies that impede customer success, ensuring data accuracy. 
Manage data quality via rigorous data cleansing, preprocessing, and transformation. 
Administer data warehousing, ETL processes, and optimize data integration workflows. 
Conduct in-depth customer data analysis to shape strategies for optimizing engagement, retention, and overall success. 
Lead the seamless integration of customer data into diverse platforms, aligning with digital and customer-centric strategies. 
Spearhead and orchestrate intricate data analysis projects, collaborating cross-functionally to achieve project objectives. 
Take the lead in shaping the organization's data strategy, which includes identifying new data sources, evaluating advanced data technologies, and driving data-driven initiatives to meet long-term goals. 
Apply advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, to extract actionable insights. 
Leverage advanced data analytics tools and libraries like Python, pandas, and scikit-learn for data mining and custom algorithm development.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, computer science, CIS, MIS, or mathematics preferred). or equal years of experience 
5+ years of data analysis experience with complex datasets. 
Proficiency in data visualization tools, for example: Tableau 
Strong SQL skills and experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and data quality assurance. 
Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake) and ETL processes. 
Demonstrated leadership in managing data analysis projects, including cross-functional collaboration and potential mentoring of junior analysts. 
Exceptional organizational and communication skills. 
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 
Previous experience within a Customer Success organization is a plus.
