Sr Data Consultant

Data Consultant role requires understanding of Process consulting and digital technology, as well as excellent analytical thinking and communication skills. The member will work with clients to provide actionable insights and direction to clients, helping them enhance their data driven decision making process through application of business analytics, to make informed strategic decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Working closely with our clients, to develop, design, build, and implement workflow/data strategies that will help enhance business performance.
• Business Strategy: Develop and define overall data & analytics strategy with actionable business outcomes with the focus on advanced analytics, data platforms & architecture, data driven business insights and information management.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with CIOs, VPs & data & AI team members from client on creation of information driven corporate-wide data platforms accelerating rapid evaluation and implementation of analytical use cases.
• Process Assessment: Conduct assessments of as-is business processes and propose their improvements defining target data and application blueprints to enable data-driven organization.
• Value Proposition: Articulate and formulate creative business cases, interact with client teams to conduct interviews, discuss findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Workflow digitization tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Slack or similar
• Experience in Data Strategy
• Experience in  interpreting data analysis and developing action plans accordingly and assist in making strategic decisions by analysing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing, and reporting data.
• Ability to create and implement strategies to optimize the data systems and technology in use.
• Updated with latest knowledge of current data tools and industry changes and analyse big data. They evaluate processes and technology and create detailed reports.
• Prior experience in designing and creating Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, Predictive Data models
• Functional understanding of capability and limitations of ML Modelling and Data science
• Prior Process re-engineering experience
• Process mining experience is a bonus.
• Prior experience in Proposal Development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
