WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst to create operational reporting, visualization, and metrics for our TA community of excellence and TA Operations teams. To be successful in this role we are looking for a strong collaborator to develop, maintain and continuously improve reporting processes, ensuring sustainability, efficiency, and a strong user experience. This person will understand how TA systems and processes impact our data and be able to expose and communicate gaps that we have between process and our data landscape.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will support various reporting needs, including but not limited to ad-hoc and recurring reporting, general consultation, data visualization, metrics and KPI design, and foundational data warehouse enhancement work. You will consult TA leaders and recruiters on the possibilities within our data landscape, and partner with our Development and Engineering team to ensure our TA Data Warehouse is consuming the appropriate data. Additionally, you will continuously review the report and data requirements and determine the best technology solution, output format, and distribution method.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the TA Reporting & Automation Manager and be a part of the HR Services, Operations, and Analytics (HRSOA) organization. You will be partnering across our reporting team and supporting priorities. You will also collaborate with extended stakeholders across Client, including HR Operations, Talent Operations, People Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Global Technology – including HR Tech, and Finance to name a few.
