Required Skills and Experience:

We Need:

Strong Kibana log analysis skills
Good understanding of how a production support system works, Issue Triaging, Ticket Analysis & Assignment
Good Status report creation skills (Powerpoint)
MUST be at the Irving office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wed, Thu). During major release days all 5 days
Extended working hours will be a requirement including some weekends as and when work priorities come up
Good team mgmt. skills
