Your key duties and responsibilities may include:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users to elicit, document, and prioritize their CRM system requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to understand business processes, goals, and challenges.
System Analysis and Design: Analyze the gathered requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and design business processes and workflows within Dynamics 365 CRM.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system. Identify and resolve any issues or defects through testing and collaborate with development teams to ensure a high-quality implementation.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the Dynamics 365 CRM system. Assist with user adoption, answer queries, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system operation.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials. Generate reports and analyze system data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM, along with analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, is crucial. Additionally, a background in business analysis, CRM implementation, or related roles is highly beneficial.
