Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure ForgeRock Identity Stack components including Open IDM, Open AM, and Open DJ to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design solutions leveraging ForgeRock technologies.
Develop customizations, extensions, and integrations to extend the functionality of ForgeRock products as needed.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution related to ForgeRock implementations.
Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and scalability assessments for ForgeRock deployments.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, including developers, architects, and administrators.
Document design specifications, configuration settings, deployment procedures, and support processes.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience working with ForgeRock Identity Stack technologies.
Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles and best practices.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing ForgeRock components including Open IDM, Open AM, and Open DJ.
Experience with cloud-based deployments and familiarity with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Solid understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
ForgeRock certification(s) such as ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Specialist (FCIMS) or ForgeRock Certified Access Management Specialist (FCAMS) is a plus.
