WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experienced Senior IT Program Manager with advanced project management and leadership capabilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience in federal government or contracting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of complex technical projects and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and departments.
• Proficient in managing multiple technical teams with varying skill sets and expertise, ensuring cohesive collaboration and successful project outcomes.
• Strong skills in budget and cost management, including the ability to track expenses, forecast budgets, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

TECHNOLOGIES AND TOOLS:
Project Management Software: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet for managing project tasks, timelines, and resources.
Collaboration Tools: Experience with platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for effective team communication and virtual collaboration.
Documentation Tools: Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for creating and managing project documentation.
Data Analysis Tools: Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization software for analyzing and presenting data
