Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and support the implementation of Pega 7.x BPM workflow based on business requirements and specifications.
- Adhere to development standards defined by the Pega COE and conduct regular code reviews to ensure compliance.
- Participate in Agile Team activities, including daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Testing Teams to ensure timely correction of defects or missed requirements.
- Transform business requirements into a working Pega BPM solution.
- Lead teams in creating data entry forms and ensure in-depth understanding of UI/UX designs.
- Prepare and present demos during the application life cycle.
- Expand and groom user stories in collaboration with the Agile Team.
- Demonstrate capacity for understanding complex concepts and workflows.
- Provide leadership in mentoring new team members.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience, including Pega 7.x BPM, Java, SOA, WSDL, Web services, HTML, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, and Oracle.
- 5 years of experience in creating Pega BPM solutions.
- Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) required. Lead System Architect (LSA) a plus.
- In-depth understanding of UI/UX designs with the ability to lead teams creating data entry forms.
- Proven ability to transform business requirements into a working Pega BPM solution.
- Experience in the preparation and presentation of demos during the application life cycle.
- Ability to work with the Agile Team to expand and groom user stories.
- Capacity for understanding complex concepts and workflows.
- Experience leading a team and strong communication skills.
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, and application web servers.
- Ability to match technology solutions to customer needs.
- Experience with Jira, Jenkins, BIX, Oracle DB development, REST API.
