Responsibilities/Job Description

Together with the business and selected eCommerce partner, identify, select and implement a new eCommerce platform, ensuring that all requirements are met

Define + manage the IT project plan for the development/configuration and implementation of the new eCommerce platform

Steer, together with the business project manager on the goals, scope, deliverables, timeline and budget

Function as main point of contact for the internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, …) and eCommerce partner

Manage the necessary resources (like e.g. developers, UX/UI designers, testers, ....) à depending on the final selected platform

Supervise testing phases and ensure implementation of a robust QA process, together with the business project manager

Support the teams in resolving technical or other issues during the project and escalate issues where needed

Identify and evaluate risks that may jeopardize project progress and take proactive actions to manage them, together with the business

Skills Overview
 

Qualifications/years of experience: At least 5 years of experience supporting/managing a eCommerce platform

At least 5 years in IT project management within the eCommerce ecosystem

Must Haves

At least 5 years in IT project management within the eCommerce ecosystem

Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and experience integrating systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and payment systems

Experience with various project management methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Scrum
