Job Description:
Provide direct support to the CIO, Deputy CIO, and the Technical Services teams. This support can be for specific projects or teams and objectives. The project is about helping the Technical Services teams successfully manage the project on time, within budget, and meeting all requirements.

As a Project Manager, the key functions provided throughout are developing project plans, identifying and tracking key milestones, developing requirements, and communicating about the projects.

 Examples of the types of support provided by this position include:

• Developing program and implementation strategy. The current initiative is focused on CJAMS – how to deploy devices throughout the state to support new applications.
• Creating training plans and materials for device deployments and administrative support of applications
• Development of project plans and status reports for team projects and statewide initiatives.
• Conducting status meetings with the Technical Services teams and LAN Administrators to provide insight into the projects, status, and achievements.
• Working with the Technical Services team leads to develop project descriptions and high-level plans with key milestones and dates, which are maintained to provide status to the CIO and other key stakeholders.
• Providing project status at leadership meetings for key projects such as VoIP, CJAMS, Telecom, etc.

Required Skills:

• PMP and Agile cert required
• Strong Senior Project Manager
